Our Fees

A fee may be charged for mortgage advice. The exact amount will depend on your circumstances.

When you use our service you will be getting the benefit of a lifetime’s experience of our principal, and access to the best available products on the market based on our extensive research of the whole market and our proprietary lender knowledge database.

Regulated mortgages will be subject to a broker fee based on the size of your loan and the complexity of your situation. Broker fees fall due on receipt of a mortgage offer but may be deferred until completion of your mortgage subject to signing a payment authority to your solicitor.

Non-regulated business will generally be subject to fees set by third parties which we will negotiate on your behalf.

In all cases our preliminary fact finding and research will be free of charge, and you will not be committed to any fees until they have been discussed and agreed with you in advance.
